Making a Purchase

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Browse our Boutique pages and add items to the shopping basket. After your selection is complete, click on “Checkout” and you will be required to submit further details to complete your order.

We accept credit card worldwide and Laser payments in Ireland only. We do not charge you for an item unless it is ready to be shipped.


Any purchase you make from LaFigurelle own brand range, comes beautifully gift wrapped in complimentary luxury packaging.

Postage and Delivery

We believe that your beautiful LaFigurelle lingerie should be delivered to your door in style! LaFigurelle brand items will be lovingly hand-wrapped in tissue paper and presented in a complimentary luxury gift box. Your gift-wrapped item is then placed in plain packaging, unbranded for postage.

Other brand items can be gift wrapped on request. Choose from the menu at check out.

Gift wrapping is complimentary but postage is paid by the customer, at the same rate despite the size of the order.

If you are sending this item as a gift, (she’s a lucky lady!), you can personalise your message at check out before you make your final purchase.

If the size you require is out of stock, contact us to order your size and we will do our best to have your garment delivered as soon as possible.

All Vollers Corsets are made to order so allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Delivery on all other items will be as follows:

Rest   of Europe 5-10   working days €18
Rest   of World 5-10   working days €22

Delivery will be registered and must be signed by the recipient.

Customs and Duty

Pricing of items are in Euro. If you order through a different currency, your bank will determine how much you pay in your own currency, based on their exchange rates. If you live outside the EU, VAT is removed but you may be required to pay additional customs and import duties when the items arrive in your country. We are unable to control or predict exactly what those individual charges may be.


Refunds and Exchanges

We have taken great care in producing these high quality products. We are not legally obliged to exchange items which are not damaged, however, our commitment to excellence in customer service is of the utmost importance to us.

What do I do if I’m unhappy with my garment?

  • Always ensure that briefs and bodies are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
  • Please do not remove any hang tags or labels and keep the packaging intact.
  • Contact us within 7 days to let us know what the problem is, giving details of your order and reference number
  • We will contact you in relation to your order, advising on the next course of action, detailing where to send the item if it is returnable
  • Always get proof of postage for returns
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or gift voucher as agreed
  • If item shows it has been worn or are damaged in any way or has the tags removed, we maintain the right to refuse a refund or exchange
  • Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
  • If you have requested an exchange and your chosen substitute is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative.

Product Care

Treat me Right, Keep me Tight….

We recommend that you follow closely the care label instructions and care information on the purchase page of each garment.

We highly recommend hand washing of all our lingerie in a hand washing liquid or soap flakes.

Wash dark and light garments separately. Allow to drip dry.

Machine washing can damage the garment and affect the shaping properties of the fabric.


Security and Payment


We accept Laser, Visa and Mastercard.

Payment is taken when your order is made if the item is in stock. If you are pre-ordering on an item, we will reserve the item and when it arrives in stock, payment will be taken from your card.

When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payments processing partner Realex Limited.

You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted. They are not held in clear text on any website.

We will not share your details with third parties except as necessary for processing credit card payments or when required to do so by law.
